The King Room was spacious, providing plenty of space to relax. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the comfortable bedding. The lobby area felt welcoming, and the amenities like the gym offered all the basics I needed to stay fit during my visit. However, housekeeping only came to clean every couple of days unless requested, which affected my overall comfort. I found the pool to be refreshing, but it could use better heating, as it was quite cold. Staff responsiveness was a bit lacking. during check-in, it took longer than expected, and I had difficulty getting extra pillows. The breakfast was enjoyable but a little pricey.
